Northwest Ohio HR Association selects The Avalon Foundation as Thier Nonprofit for 2019

Our President, Deb Ayres, was invited to speak this morning to over 100 HR professionals introducing them to TAF. While our organization typically is represented by our kc4k kids; the meeting started at 8am on a school day so Deb filled in. “I never feel like I can have the deep impact the kids do when introduction our organization to groups like this; but I was honored to be there. Being selected by NOHRA presents wonderful opportunities for 2019!”
Tom Daniels, NOHRA’s Community Service Chair, reached out to The Avalon Foundation in 2018 to learn more. He was excited today to announce TAF as the nonprofit NWOHRA would support for 2019. This Level of support in the community is a reflection of the importance TAF’s mission holds for both youth leadership and rare disease awareness.
